Sunday: BBQ Pork Sandwiches, Corn-on-the-cob, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Grapes, Veggies & Dip
Monday: Spaghetti & Meatballs, Garlic Bread, Salad
Tuesday: Pot Roast, Potatoes & Carrots (I didn't make this last week.)
Wednesday: Wine & Candlight Dinner w/my inlaws (Lamb...which I am not fond of, lol.)
Thursday: Blackened Salmon (or Sweet Bourbon Salmon) Lettuce Wedge w/Blue Cheese Dressing, Roast Potatoes, French Bread
Friday: Green Chili Burros, Fruit Salad, Chips & Homemade Salsa
Saturday: Grilled Chicken & Veggies
