Chicken Grape Salad

2 cans chicken (13 oz.)
1 cup seedless green grapes
1 cup seedless red grapes
1/3 cup dried cranberries
3/4 cup sliced celery
2 sliced green onions (I only used the green part)
1/2 cup chopped pecans

Dressing:
2 tablespoons honey
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon fresh ground pepper

Mix dressing ingredients. Place chicken, grapes, cranberries, celery and green onions in a bowl. Add dressing and mix well. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Right before serving, mix in pecans. I served this as a side to potato soup for a more hearty meal. Great for summer meal served over a bed of lettuce.

I don't care what other people say about fruit with their meat (although E seems to agree) this is my favorite chicken salad.
I didn't have all the ingredients but I made it the other day.
No cranberries, walnuts instead of pecans, no dijon mustards so I used a little bit of honey mustard and a little bit of yellow mustard, and apparently I overdid it on the salt...but it was still good.
