Mexican Side Salad

Any combination of lettuces (but you gotta have an abundance of iceberg)
and throw in avocado slices,
onions (if desired)
and anything else that makes a good salad
corn tortillas cut in half, then in 1/2 inch pieces so you can fry up
these corn tortilla strips:

Mix equal parts of ranch dressing (gluten free, of course) with your favorite salsa and pour over salad. Top with:
grated cheese
and your freshly cooked tortilla strips. Mmmm...Enjoy!
