Corn Tortillas, white or yellow-try some of each to find out your preferenceOil in deep fryer
Salt or other seasonings
Cut tortillas in pizza wedge triangles, or in half, then in strips. Place in fryer for 1-2 minutes. Tortillas will float to top of oil when they are about done. Gently stir if necessary to make sure all pieces are immersed in oil. Shake basket to remove excess oil and drain on paper towels. Add desired amount of salt and enjoy slightly warm with your favorite
salsa or
guacamole.
