The day after I created my menu for the next two weeks, my daughter Elisabeth found out she has Celiac Sprue. I am not sure how this will affect my recipe blog. I need to review my menu now and see what it is we can still eat and be Gluten-free.
I've never been much into baking. This might change as I try to accomodate El as she begins this lifetime diet.
It is sad thinking about what foods are now banned.
The good part is Elisabeth will feel better and be in optimum health.
A lot of Mexican food is gluten free!
Maybe I will lose weight.
