Monday: Cheeseburgers w/gluten free buns, oven fries, Fruit Salad
Tuesday: Cinco de Mayo-Chili Rellenos or Chalupas w/lettuce & tomato, guacamole chips & salsa ( I just realized, this is what we had last May 5th.)
Wednesday: New GF Teriyaki Chicken Stir-fry w/rice
Thursday: Salmon or Tilapia, rice pilaf, green beans
Friday:Chicken w/Potatoes & Peppers
Saturday: Tacos, Refried Beans, Fruit Salad
Sunday: Mother's Day-I have no idea
