Garlic Bagel slices

NOT GLUTEN FREE

6 mini bagels
2-3 TBS olive oil or butter
1-2 cloves minced garlic
1 tsp. fresh chopped parsley, if desired
parmesan cheese or goat cheese, optional

Add garlic & parsley to melted butter or olive oil. Set aside. Slice bagels into 4 thin slices. Lay out on cooking sheet. Brush with garlic butter. Top with shaved parmesan cheese or goat cheese. Bake in center of oven at 425 degrees for about 10 minutes or until lightly browned. Can also be broiled.
