Roasted Asparagus

1 bunch asparagus
1/4 cup olive oil
1-2 minced garlic cloves
1 TBS balsamic vinegar
coarse ground salt
fresh ground pepper

Place oil in cup. Add minced garlic. Brush pan with a bit of oil. Add asparagus. Brush with remaining oil/garlic. Generously grind pepper and salt over the top.

Bake for 10-15 minutes at 425 degrees. Pour vinegar over roasted garlic and serve.
