Perfect Pie Crust

1 3/4 c. Shortening
4 c. flour
1 TBS sugar
2 tsp salt

Mix together flour, sugar, & salt. Then add shortening. This will be crumbly. Add water, vinegar and beaten egg.

1/2 c water
1 TBS white vinegar
1 egg beaten

Mix just until a dough forms. Divide into 4 balls and roll out. Enjoy!
