Green Bean Salad


1/4 cup soy sauce
2 TBS olive oil
1-2 minced garlic cloves
1 to 1 1/2 lb. fresh or frozen green beans
grape or cherry tomatoes, sliced in half
Toasted sesame seeds

Whisk soy sauce, oil and garlic together. Trim fresh greens. Steam or microwave until tender. Prepare green beans according to package. Place in bowl. Add tomatoes and dressing. Mix gently. Top with toasted sesame seeds. Can be refrigerated and served as a salad, but add sesame seeds just before serving.
