Salad Dressing

DRESSING:
1/3 cup wine vinegar
2 tsp vegetable or olive oil
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard
2 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp dried parsley flakes
1/4 tsp dried oregano
1/8 tsp salt
fresh ground pepper

Combine dressing ingredients and shake well or process in food processor until blended.
