Chili Dip

1 8 oz. package cream cheese
1 can chili without beans (I use turkey chili)
chives or sliced green onion tops
shredded cheese
Tortilla chips

Spread cream cheese into pie plate. Sprinkle generously with chives. Add chili and top with cheese. Microwave 3-4 minutes, until cheese is melted. Serve with tortilla chips.

For sack lunches, I layer this in a food thermos jar. Include chips and a spoon and it's a change from sandwiches.
