Easy Black Bean Salsa



1 can black beans
3/4 cup frozen corn
1 can tomatoes w/green chilies
1 TBS red wine vinegar or lime juice
1/2 tsp. salt
2 TBS fresh chopped parsley or cilantro
3/4 cup chopped onion (I use sweet onions)
1 garlic clove minced

If tomatoes have a lot of juice, drain most of the liquid. (Or substitute 2 large chopped tomatoes and 1 can green chilies & 1-2 tsp. minced jalapenos.) Mix ingredients together and serve with chicken tacos or tortilla chips.
