Chicken & Black Bean Taco Salad



4-5 boneless chicken breasts
1-2 cans black beans, drained
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 can chopped green chilies
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. chili powder
1/2 tsp. chicken bouillon
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup salsa
salt
pepper

Delicious served with the following:


Lettuce
Tomato
Cheese
Salsa
Tortilla Chips
Black Olives
Onion
Avocado

Place chicken breasts in crockpot. Add remaining ingredients, except black beans. Cook on high 4 hours, or low for 6-8. One to two hours before ready to serve, shred chicken with fork mixing everything together. Add black beans. Adjust seasoning if necessary.

Serve with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, guacamole or avocado, black olives, sour cream, tortilla chips & homemade salsa.
