Easy Chicken

On days I am going to be busy, but haven't decided what to make for dinner, this is what I do.

Pull 4-5 boneless chicken breasts out of the freezer. Toss into crockpot. Brush with melted butter or olive oil. Sprinkle with garlic salt and pepper. Cook on high 4-5 hours, or until chicken is tender and shreds easily.

For an easy meal, shred and use for Chicken Tacos or any kind of chicken salad. Can also be used in Saucy Chicken. Or remove chicken from crockpot and shred. Strain juices, reserving 1/2 to 1 cup. Add to 16 oz container of sour cream, along with 1 tsp. chicken bouillion. Place chicken back in slow cooker and pour sour cream mixture over.

Cook a lb. of pasta and add to chicken. Mix and serve.
